Though comfortable in all architectural styles, The Photos Included here are of only a few historically indigenous styles found in Coastal Florida.  These Styles have “Ageless” appeal whereby the structure can not be dated.  The “Classic Revival,”Key West Style, “Queen Anne”, “Victorian”,  and styles of Mediterranean influence ~ Spanish Colonial, Florentine, etc.  The facades shown are primarily located on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and adjacent mainland areas.

All of our work is original ~ One-of-a-Kind, cost effective design.  The Uniqueness of each FLOOR PLAN and FACADE is not difficult to create due to the individuality of each client’s needs, site location/orientation and endless variations of the styles chosen, all possible views and prevailing breezes.
